Piquadro × Ducati — Second Drop Campaign

Freedom is not a destination, but a constant state of movement. Inspired by the idea of travel, speed and exploration shared by both Piquadro and Ducati, the campaign was conceived as a visual journey where technology expands reality rather than replacing it.

The project combined real photography, cinematic direction and AI-generated worlds to create a hybrid production pipeline capable of pushing storytelling beyond the physical limitations of a traditional shoot, while preserving the authenticity and precision of the products and motorcycle.

To maintain maximum fidelity on materials, surfaces and technical details, the Ducati bike and talent were photographed on a real studio set. AI-generated environments and atmospheres were then developed around these real elements, creating immersive cinematic scenarios impossible to achieve through conventional production alone. Multiple still images were produced as hero keyframes and later interpolated into motion sequences through AI-driven animation workflows.

The campaign explored a contemporary dialogue between craftsmanship, engineering and generative technology — blending physical production with experimental creative workflows while maintaining a premium and highly controlled visual output.

Role covered: creative direction, photography and film direction, workflow development and supervision of the full production pipeline, coordinating external production companies, CGI/post-production teams and AI experimentation.

Tools and technologies involved included Midjourney, Nano Banana, Kling, GPT-based prompting workflows, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D and Adobe Photoshop.
